Strategic & Performance Group Controller

Completed university degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on controlling, finance or business informatics, or a comparable degree., Several years of professional experience in the controlling area of internationally oriented manufacturing companies., Strong analytical and strategic skills to understand complex business models, profit structures, and value drivers, as well as to identify performance gaps based on data., Experience in developing management and KPI systems, as well as in designing profit architectures or controlling frameworks., Ability to derive concrete measures from variance analyses, prioritize them, and translate them into actionable steps in collaboration with functional departments ., In-depth knowledge of the OKR methodology and the management of OKR targets is a plus., Ability to work in an international team with strong communication skills to advise decision-makers and orchestrate effective measures., High IT affinity, especially Excel, Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus., Fluent in English, knowledge of German (nice to have)., Willingness to travel.
