Supplier Performance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred., Proven experience in supplier performance management, procurement, or sourcing within a global supply-chain environment., 4+ years of leadership experience in a global organization., Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority., Solid background in supplier relationship management, performance governance, and issue resolution., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to support decision making., Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools expected., Fluent English and Polish communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
