About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and support of the global and local 1‑2‑1 application across markets in scope.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery plans.
  • Ensure effective integration between the 1‑2‑1 application, CRM platforms, and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate global, regional, and local vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
  • Manage and resolve application‑related issues impacting users or business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with global Digital Marketing Technology policies, security, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with local and global IDT Digital Marketing teams and represent the function in business forums.
  • Perform business analysis activities supporting both project delivery and BAU operations.
  • KEY RELATIONSHIPS
  • Business Unit Digital Marketing teams
  • IDT local, regional, and global leadership
  • Global Technology Services, Architecture, Marketing, and IDT Security teams

Our requirements

  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with consumer‑facing digital platforms (B2B and B2C).
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of integrations, application lifecycles, cloud concepts, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments.
  • Supplier and vendor management experience.
  • Fluent English.

Optional

  • Salesforce CRM configuration or documentation experience.
  • Familiarity with field force or in‑person consumer engagement tools.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms (Magento 2, Shopify).
  • Interest in digital technology, cybersecurity, or application development.
