About the project
Your responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of the global and local 1‑2‑1 application across markets in scope.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Ensure effective integration between the 1‑2‑1 application, CRM platforms, and other consumer touchpoints.
- Coordinate global, regional, and local vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
- Manage and resolve application‑related issues impacting users or business operations.
- Ensure compliance with global Digital Marketing Technology policies, security, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with local and global IDT Digital Marketing teams and represent the function in business forums.
- Perform business analysis activities supporting both project delivery and BAU operations.

- IDT local, regional, and global leadership
- Global Technology Services, Architecture, Marketing, and IDT Security teams
Our requirements
- Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with consumer‑facing digital platforms (B2B and B2C).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
- Understanding of integrations, application lifecycles, cloud concepts, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments.
- Supplier and vendor management experience.
- Fluent English.
Optional
- Salesforce CRM configuration or documentation experience.
- Familiarity with field force or in‑person consumer engagement tools.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms (Magento 2, Shopify).
- Interest in digital technology, cybersecurity, or application development.
