Wymagania

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines;, 5+ years’ experience with end-to-end, high-volume recruitment within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (pharma related experience is a preference);, Strong understanding of recruiting shopfloor roles (operators, warehouse workers);, Strong communication skills, professionalism and business acumen with positive attitude that is necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and external providers;, Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills;, Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels and candidates;, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and information;, Experience working with ATS systems (Workday experience preferred) and HR data management tools; ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records;, Strong technical skills and digital savviness, including proficient use of MS Office;, Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
