Team Leader, Travel Expense Management

3 - 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably Travel Expense area in shared services environment., At least 2 years of people leadership experience with proven results., University degree in Finance, Accounting or related., Proven ability to lead teams or projects, including task prioritization and delegation., Solid know‑how, generated through experience and education, of travel expense processes, Experience in business process development, including at least one improvement initiative (e.g. automation or AI‑driven solutions)., Fluent communication and presentation skills in English., A collaborative mindset and well‑developed interpersonal skills.
