Technical Program / Product Manager (f/m/x)

Min. 6 years of experience in contributing to engineering programs and cross-functional teams, Good understanding of software product development lifecycle and agile development techniques, Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect program work to broader business goals, Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentations — with the ability to work effectively across a geographically distributed team, Operational rigor to bring structure and clarity to complex efforts, Good judgment and maturity in handling sensitive situations with discretion, Adaptability to switch between strategic discussions and hands-on execution, Residing in Poland required, Fluent English required, Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and/or other Adobe products
