Your responsibilities

Our requirements

• Has experience managing web development projects
• Understands technical aspects of projects (hosting, deployment, integrations, performance, etc.)
• Can communicate with developers as a true partner
• Can handle multiple projects at the same time without creating chaos
• Self-reliance and an ability to organize and prioritize your work with efficiency in mind and an ability to support others in such areas
• Can anticipate risks and act before things go wrong
• Native Polish speaker
• Great communication skills including good command of English – at least C1
• Ability to manage team’s and client’s expectations while dealing with timelines and deadlines
• Ability to manage resources and stay agile while doing so
• Availability after 4PM for the communication with the clients from different timing zones
• Availability to schedule a call with a client in a different time zone (think two-three times a week, morning hours in NY or SF)

Optional

• Previous experience as a developer or QA
• Experience with WordPress / PHP / frontend / API integrations
• Background working in an agency or software house
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
