About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the fabrication of complex Load Boards (DIBs) and Probe Cards. This includes PCB schematic capture and layout review to ensure signal integrity for high-speed digital and RF paths
  • Create, debug, and maintain automated test equipment programs (e.g., Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX) for wafer sort and final test
  • Develop characterization and production test plans for ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and RF components (LNA, PA, Mixers)
  • Collaborate with Design and Validation teams to correlate ATE results with bench measurements and design simulations
  • Analyze large datasets using statistical tools (JMP, Spotfire) to identify yield detractors, perform root-cause analysis, and implement test time reduction (TTR) strategies
  • Provide feedback to the design team on DFT features such as Scan, BIST (Built-In Self-Test), and Loopback modes to improve test coverage and observability

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IC testing, with a focus on Mixed-Signal and RF products
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl for test automation and data analysis
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne, or Cohu)
  • Strong understanding of RF parameters such as S-parameters, NF (Noise Figure), IIP3, EVM, and Phase Noise
  • Experience with lab equipment, including Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Residing in Poland required

Optional

  • Knowledge of automotive test standards (AEC-Q100) or aerospace reliability requirements.
