Treasury Risk Governance and Execution Manager

Strong governance and delivery discipline: ability to run end-to-end committee governance (planning, papers, minutes, ToR/effectiveness reviews) and keep actions moving across global and regional forums., Clear, senior-ready communication: produce concise updates, dashboards and meeting packs, and translate complex topics into practical messages for committees and regional cascades., Sound risk and policy mindset: identify and articulate top and emerging pension risks, support risk mapping and risk appetite processes, and manage policy/procedure governance and compliance assessments., Stakeholder leadership and coordination: work confidently across regions and functions (including Treasury Risk, FLoD, Internal Audit and external providers) to align priorities, manage regulatory updates, and maintain strong oversight and controls., Pension risk knowledge: understanding of corporate pension plan risks (e.g., investment/market risks including interest-rate sensitivity and inflation; longevity risks; pension accounting (IAS19) and funding considerations; and regulatory impacts) and how they show up in governance, risk maps, risk appetite statements and decision-making.
