Truck Dispatcher / Spedytor (Remote) – USA Market | B2B

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Truck Dispatcher to join our team working with the US market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating loads across the USA market
• Communicating with US brokers and negotiating rates
• Tracking shipments and solving issues in real time
• Building strong relationships with drivers and partners
• Managing and optimizing load consolidation when possible

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and availability
• Experience is preferred, but we can also train the right candidate

Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Experience in US truck dispatching
• Consolidation skills (multi-stop / partial load planning)

Work Format:

• Direct B2B cooperation with a US trucking company
• We assist with opening a JDG (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza)
• We also provide support with accounting and bookkeeping
