HR Operations Team Lead

Minimum 4–6 years of HR Operations experience, including 3-4 years in a team lead or supervisory position., A proven track record in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean/Kaizen) and operational excellence (SLA/KPI, dashboards)., Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust, inspire others, and foster accountability., Experience in shared services environments and familiarity with HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday with exposure to workflow/RPA or automation initiatives., Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail., Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams., High proficiency in English and solid command of Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint skills articulate ideas and results., Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week).
