HR People Operations Associate (m/k/n)

Your responsibilities:

• Handling time‑based tickets (working time, sick leaves, absences)
• Administrative support for the manager
• Document archiving
• Cooperation with other teams to close tickets efficiently
• Creating and updating content on SharePoint
• Preparing presentations and communication materials
• Co‑creating internal newsletters

Requirements:

• Interest in HR Administration & people processes
• Basic knowledge of working time regulations
• Logical thinking & attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Creative mindset and interest in content creation
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment
• English min. B2
• Education or first experience in HR / Administration / Psychology is a plus!
