HR Specialist

At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role., Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources Management or a related field., Good knowledge of Polish labor law and HR regulations., Practical experience in HR administration, employee documentation, and payroll-related processes., Good command of English (spoken and written)., Strong interpersonal and communication skills., High level of accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and sense of responsibility., Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities., Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset., Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across the organization.
