Payroll Specialist with German

Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Preferably 3+ years of hands-on experience in German payroll processing, Solid knowledge of German payroll legislation, tax, and social security regulations, Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, Advanced knowledge of Excel, Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international environment, Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality, Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn and grow, Experience with SAP HCM and Workday is advantageous, Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, Service-oriented mindset combined with very good organizational and time-management skills
