Wymagania

University degree in psychology, business administration, social sciences or a comparable field, ideally complemented by further qualifications in leadership, coaching, organizational or transformation development., Several years of relevant professional experience in HR Development, Organizational Development or HR Business Partnering, preferably within an international corporate environment of comparable size and complexity., Proven project management experience, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder HR or transformation projects., Fluent German skills, enabling confident moderation, facilitation and workshops in German., Very good English skills for effective collaboration in an international context., Strong conceptual and methodological expertise combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset., High level of personal credibility, communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor., Support and accompany strategic change and transformation processes with a strong focus on sustainability and cultural impact., Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH & Central Europe region., Experience with German co-determination practices and collaboration with Works Councils (Betriebsrat) is considered a plus.
