Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition EMEIA / APAC

Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment on a global scale (Required), Prior experience in a management or team lead role (Required), Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing high-touch, consultative relationships and building credibility with line leaders (Required), Strong project management/organizational skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems, and processes (Required), A strong understanding of current employment regulations and compliance issues (Required), Experience with specialized sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner, Strong analytical skills and business acumen, Demonstrated command of all steps in the full life cycle of recruiting, Social Networking knowledge and proven track record of using different mediums to build a candidate database and pipeline, Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms, and a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology and automation to improve talent acquisition outcomes, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (Required), A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
