Wymagania
At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably including 1 year of experience in in-house recruitment or on RPO projects)., Proven ability to source and attract IT talent using diverse tools and methods., Experience in SAP area recruitment processes - nice to have., Well organised individual work, attention to details, good analytical skills., Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities., Can-do attitude, willingness to develop in the area of internal HR, Strong communication and interpersonal skills., Good English communication skills (C1) both written and spoken., German language knowledge would be treated as an asset.
