Talent & Culture Coordinator (HR) – The Bridge MGallery Wrocław

The Bridge MGallery Wrocław is looking for a motivated and organised person to join our team as a Talent & Culture Coordinator. In this role you will support the daily operations of the HR department and help create a positive employee experience in our hotel.

Your responsibilities:

As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting recruitment processes (job ads, CV screening, interview scheduling),
  • Coordinating onboarding for new employees,
  • Maintaining HR documentation and employee records,
  • Supporting payroll data preparation and HR reporting,
  • Coordinating health & safety training and medical check-ups,
  • Organising employee engagement activities and internal communication,
  • Supporting daily HR operations and employee inquiries,
  • Cooperation with external partners and other hotel departments,
  • Handling general HR inquiries from employees,
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures,
  • Conducting internal training.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Experience in HR or hospitality is an advantage,
  • Fluent Polish; English proficiency preferred,
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
